Eligibility for Returns
Any product purchased from Lulo & Paw that is defective, damaged, or affected by expiration concerns may be returned for credit to the original purchasing account. Approved credits will include the shipping cost for the affected item or a proportional shipping credit based on the number of products included in the shipment.
Customer Return Options
Upon approval, customers may choose one of the following options:
• A replacement of the same product, shipped at no additional cost
• A full refund, issued once Lulo & Paw receives the returned item
In certain cases, Lulo & Paw may waive the requirement to return the product if return shipping is deemed impractical. When applicable, we will still honor a refund or replacement to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Packaging & Damage Claims
Every order leaving the Lulo & Paw fulfillment center is packaged with the utmost care, often utilizing protective materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and cushioning to ensure products arrive in pristine condition. If your package arrives with visible external damage, please take the following steps:

Important Notice
Lulo & Paw must be notified of any return request within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions.
Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
